CSA Hong Kong Tender Success

Court Services Asia Limited (CSA) is very pleased to announce that it has been successful in the recent tender issued by the Hong Kong Government for the provision of Digital Audio Recording, Transcription and Engineering Maintenance Services for the Courts of Hong Kong.

Under the new contract, commencing in December 2004, CSA will continue to provide these services for at least another four years to the Court of Final Appeal, High Court, District Court, Family Court and a number of Tribunals in Hong Kong .

This again clearly demonstrates the Hong Kong Judiciary’s confidence in our ability and expertise to provide and manage such a wide range of services to Hong Kong ‘s most senior and sensitive Jurisdictions.

In excess of 50 skilled staff will be assigned to support this new contract which will be delivered under the quality management processes of the company’s ISO 9001 Certification which was achieved early in 2004.

This now confirms CSA as the largest established Court Reporting Services provider in the Asian Region.

One of our key aims is to maintain an organisation with a systematic and visible operation that is fully aware and focused on fulfilling client requirements.

As part of confirming our success in meeting this aim, CSA measured its own implemented quality systems against the strict requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

Court Services Asia Limited achieved certification under ISO 9001 in mid-2004 for the design and provision of court recording and multi-language transcription services.

Upgrade To Latest Digital Technology

Our engineering team recently upgrade our entire Hong Kong operation to the latest digital court reporting system. The upgrade was for 107 courtrooms and over 270 users.

The project scope required a new system configuration and included re-training of all users.
